Notting Hill Carnival - Adults Procession

The Notting Hill Carnival is based in West London and takes place annually. People from all over the world attend this colourful spectacle, which involves many months, designing and manufacturing the beautiful costumes to be worn on parade.

Large semi-articulated trucks, are used to transport a variety of themes, including: Caribbean Steel Bands, that spend many hours practicing the huge range of melodies that send the crowd wild with excitement;

Mobile Sound Systems, which can be heard long before the truck is in sight, play a major part in projecting a variety of musical styles including Calypso; R&B, Reggae, Garage, Hip Hop and much more.

Millions of people pack the streets for 2 days, eating, dancing and partying hard. The Carnival is excellent for catching up with friends and relatives from near and far.
